heute kam es zu einem unvorhersehbaren Problem bei unserem ICP-OES Spektrometer, welches nicht von mir selbst behoben werden kann. Die Reparatur durch die Herstellerfirma wird so rasch wie möglich durchgeführt, ich rechne damit, dass wir in kurzer Zeit wieder "up and running" sind.
Eure Proben werden von uns inzwischen optimal gelagert, und so rasch wie möglich analysiert. - Sollte es länger als erwartet dauern, erhaltet Ihr von uns selbstverständlich kostenlos ein neues Analysenset.

Dear reefers,
today we encountered a problem with our ICP-OES machine that needs intervention by the manufacturer to get fixed. Were working hard to get this repair done as soon as possible. We expect to be "up and running" again shortly.
Meanwhile your samples are stored optimally, and are analyzed as soon as possible. In case it takes longer than expected, we will of course supply replacement sampling kits without any cost.
